[SBC] Bike Accommodations: Draft Priority List

There's a potential to do some more lanes/sharrows beyond Willow Avenue.. 

I need some assistance gathering data, particular on bus/truck counts since that is one factor used under the bike lanes guidelines to establish recommended widths.

Please let me know if may have some time between 7 and 9 in the morning to help do some bus and truck counts..
