[SBC] Somerville Historic Bike Tour - major change in plans

When John Roderick, Brandon Wilson, Kristi Chase, and I met at City  
Hall last night, we concluded that John Roderick had not yet done  
enough of the work needed to make "When the Bell Rang" a successful  
tour based on Somerville public school sites.   If John can do more  
work on this idea during the summer, we can make it the theme of the  
October Tour de Somerville instead.

We're still going to have the Historic Tour on May 31, but it will be  
a combination of "Greatest Hits" from past years'  historic tours  
(e.g. Prospect Hill Tower, Oliver Tufts House, Old Powder House) and  
railroad and Green Line station stops (from Brickbottom to Tufts  
University).
