[SBC] Meeting re: Lower Broadway

Agreed.  The bike lane plan is not totally clear from the design.  I'm
planning on going to this meeting, and I think as many of us as possible
from the bike committee should.  The bike lanes must be continuous for
the entire project length.

	I like the plan, especially the enlarged sidewalks and the
bikelanes.
	
	But! It appears that the bike lanes do not continue all the way
to McGrath.
	Provisions for this connection must exist, to accomplish the
goal of bikelanes for the entire length of B'way.

	PS the image is poor, the bikelane at McGrath may exist, but it
sure doesn't appear so.
	
	PPS bikelanes at the right turn on to McGrath will require extra
care to avoid sideswipes.
