[SBC] Longfellow Bridge Sidewalk Closure

Related to issue of eliminating a sidewalk on Lombardi Street, I wanted 
to share a photo of my recent observations on the Longellow Bridge now 
that the west sidewalk is closed.  In this photo, the area with the 
construction fence is the closed sidewalk.  The area in the foreground 
actually doesn't have a sidewalk at all (just a one foot curb).  There 
are signs at both ends of the bridge to direct pedestrians to the other 
sidewalk, yet all of these people decided they would rather not cross 
over and instead walk in the bike lane.

This is the type of situation that I am afraid will happen with Lombardi 
Street if we don't have a sidewalk on the west side.
