[SBC] MassBike Bike Committee Workshop; SBC Table at Union Square Farmer's Market

We have had requests for representatives from the SBC for the following
activities:

(1) The date unfortunately conflicts with that of the Tour de Somerville,
but perhaps someone will want to attend.....

Bike Committee Workshop, MassBike, Oct. 13.

The workshop is only one day, 10-2 on Saturday. Probably wouldn't make sense
to come very late. The idea is for existing bike committee members to share
best practices, for potential bike committee members to get fired up, and
for past bike committee members to offer their experiences.

(2) Staff a table publicizing the SBC at the Union Square Farmer's
Market.....

The Farmer's Market goes to the last Saturday of October (the 27th).  All of
our slots for guest vendors are filled so we won't be able to offer you a
tent, but we can offer you a table and chairs any Saturday.  The market goes
from 9 to 1pm.  Arriving past 10:30 is a little late, but still worthwhile
if that is all you can commit to.  Peak hours for us are usually 10/10:30 to
12/12:30.
