[SBC] Railroad tracks being removed from Cedar Street, this Wednesday

According to a robo-call from Tom Champion, Cedar Street will be  
closed on Wednesday, October 17, from Morrison Ave. to Alpine Street,  
from 9 am to "no later than 4 pm". The closure will allow a city  
contractor to remove embedded railroad tracks and repave this part of  
the street.
