Great start on the website, Alan.  And thanks for the link to the 9th Av,
NYC example, Charlie.

Seems the thing to do is to go out and start measuring Beacon to see what is
and what is not feasible. Narrowing the sidewalk would help with space
constraints, but possibly not enough. Perhaps having one two-way bike lane
on the right side would work -- not standard practice, but if we have
limited space we have to adjust the options we consider accordingly.
