[SBC] Route 28 Fellsway to Wellington undercarriage

yeah, that map on the MDCR website is from an old flyer, circa 1980s. Think about that when you read about the state budget, and how the state urban parks are impacted. For example, the path that runs from Blessing of the Bay boathouse up to the Route 16 bridge in Medford, alongside I-93, has had root heaves for years, and the old MDC never repaired them. It's still that way today.
