[SBC] MaxPak covenant

I have spoken with Steve Winslow, Ald. White and Ald. O'Donovan.
None are aware of any meetings set up with KSS to negotiate the covenants.
Steve does not think the SBC will be invited to participate or observe and
doesn't know if he will be involved or not.

I'll be sending copy of our minutes that include the recommendations to the
Board of Alderman and to the Planning Board today. And emailing it as well.
