[SBC] cost of bike parking

Hi everybody,
I've checked the costs for inverted U bike racks at all 3 vendors. Prices
per unit are listed below:

	Cycle Safe - PVC covered - not available galvanized $111 each (assuming
we're ordering 25-50) or $95 (more than 50 units) for in-ground - 25 lbs
each

	Dero - hoop rack -$58.50 each, galvanized, add $30 for black rubber dip -
in ground - no weight given

	Madrax -  U-rack - $51.75 to $81.75  each, galvanized - in ground -
different thicknesses and widths, 20 to 30lbs. - not available with any of
the "soft" coverings

So, do we spend at least $30 for rubberized? Do we need a thicker tubing?
