[SBC] Earhart Dam Walk with Sen. Barrios June 9

I did.  We did not walk across the dam, but we did walk through the MBTA bus
yard, starting at Draw Seven Park and ending in Sullivan Square.  We got to
see the conditions along the river's edge.   Quite a bit of work needs to be
done to stabilize the shoreline before a path can be built here.

Officials from the Boston Redevelopment Authority and the Somerville Office
of Planning and Community Development attended, and will hopefully stay in touch.
