I have a copy of the covenant handed out before the Wed. full BOA meeting where
the Zoning change was approved with 1 dissent (Desmond).
The only change related to the Community Path ROW was that the Site access will
be from 7 am to 6:30 pm except in the summer  - then from dawn to dusk (or some
such language, I don't have the covenent in front if me).
Also, the community benefit was increased from $20,000 to $50,000; $20,000 for
Ward 5 and $30,000 for the entire city.
The removal of the rails and ties prior to construction is still in the
covenant.
