[SBC] draft May minutes; corrections requested

At the beginning, the minutes should note that the meeting was held  
one week later than usual because there was a special city election  
on May 15.   Someone (who?) said that state law prohibits having any  
official meeting during an election (does this mean while the polls  
are open, or any time on election day?)

Bike Week -- "Broken Yolk" not "Yoke"

Somerville-Medford History Ride: Brandon Wilson (of Somerville  
Historic Preservation Commission) and I had a phone conversation  
around noon on Friday, May 18.  The two of us jointly decided to  
entirely cancel the ride for the weekend of May 19-20, based on  
forecasts of cold, rainy weather on both days.   After brief  
consultation with other members of SBC and SHPC, we decided to  
reschedule the ride for Saturday, June 23.
(Cambridge also cancelled their ride, rescheduling it for June 16,  
and we wanted to avoid conflicting again with their date.)
