If the MaxPac developer plans to use the Community Path right-of-way for construction
access, I would like to see this requirement added to the covenant:

The developer shall build the section of the Community Path between Cedar and
Lowell Streets once the developer has finished using the right-of-way for construction
access.

Also, the covenant should make clear that the prohibition on "cut-through" traffic
(from the Lowell Street ramp to Clyde and Warwick streets) applies only to motor
vehicles and not to bicycles or other human-poiwered vehicles.
