Bike Committee members:

Please read below.

Can anyone go to this meeting tomorrow night? I'm not sure I can, or not
right at 7 pm.

It's probably mostly about development of this property into 2 (housing
units) but I think the significant encroachment on the Community Path will
come up. I think the Committee should make sure that any changes in
zoning/variances, etc. should include removing the encroachment. But we
haven't discussed this at meeting so we can only say at this meeting that
the Committee is concerned about the future of this encroachment.

Please let me know. Thanks.

Alan

Hi Alan,

On Friday night I spoke with Sean O'Donovan and it was decided there would
be a neighborhood meeting On Monday 10/30/06 at 7:00 p.m., 741 Broadway,
Sean O'Donovan's law office, in preparation for Planning Board meeting on
Thursday November 2, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. City Hall. The ZBA meeting will be
on November 15, 2006 at City Hall.

If you can make any or all of the above, that would be great.

After eight years, I don't know why this is being fast tracked.

Yesterday, I spent the day distributing flyers for Monday meeting.

I have to go out this afternoon and I will drop the packet off at your
house.

Hopefully, I will see you at one of the above meetings or you can drop off
originals at our house, at your convenience.

People found your report very helpful and they commented on how much work it
must have been to sift through all the documents.

Julie
