Hi Myles and Sol,

We would like to officially accept you into Millstone! We came to consensus
that you would be an excellent fit for the co-op and we would love to have
you move in.

We ask that you respond to our offer by this Friday, 08/26. If you decide
to accept our offer, please make a $100 deposit to the Venmo account:
@Millstone-Coop. This money will go towards your $690 security deposit,
which you will pay fully when you move in. If you don't have venmo, let me
know and we can arrange something else.

Millstone's core values are anti-racism, decolonization, queer liberation,
class consciousness, community health, and cooperative systems. But, we
wish to be transparent that sometimes we - as individuals or as a
collective - perpetuate systems of oppression. We acknowledge that despite
our best intentions, Millstone is not always the safest space. Please let
