[Linux-disciples] Unable to create files >100M on bostoncoop

Anyone (particular ken and dpt) have any idea why I'm unable to create
files larger than 98M on bostoncoop.net? Thus far rsync and bittorrent
both stop working at exactly 10240000 bytes.
I certainly *used* to be able to create much larger files, as such file
exist on the system. But something changed. Any clues?
