I'm not aware of any easy "user level" type program to do this, although
there are basic tools in progress.  See

Which can read Access 97 and Access 2000 files and do simple queries.
There is apparently a graphicla interface now which I haven't tried--you
might check out the screenshot on that site.

My approach would be to find an MS box and export the relevant table(s)
into a standard format (e.g., csv) and then import them into a database
or spreadsheet on Linux.  Unless you're doing something very fancy with
your addresses, it is usually sufficient to have them in a spreadsheet
rather than a database.
