So many rail paths that would otherwise contribute to public transit are instead made into walking trails alone, and not contributing wholly to the idea of getting rid of the car.</p><p dir="ltr">This fits in well with the Chelsea BRT green way expansion plan, too while encouraging the MBTA to get on the ball with the rest of the urban ring, eventually.</p>
