an eleven person housing <span class="">cooperative</span> located between Harvard and Porter Squares
in Cambridge, is seeking a friendly, <span class="">cooperative</span>-minded person of any age or
background to join the house starting any time after January 15<sup>th</sup>,
2014.</span></p><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"></span><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"></span><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">Founded 50 years ago, The Cambridge Coop is comprised of
eleven, lively and mature housemates spanning in age range from mid-20s to
early-80s. Housemates have included teachers, musicians, writers, meditators,
researchers, students, farmers, dancers, photographers, and organizational
leaders. The house seeks to create a safe space where all feel welcomed, and
house members are committed to recognizing and working to transform
deeply-rooted discrimination of all kinds in ourselves, our community, and our
society so that we may more fully contribute to building communities of peace
and cooperation in the world.</span><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"></span>

<span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"></span><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"></span><p><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"></span><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">Housemates all share a common interest in living
purposely within a communal setting. There is a communal dinner once a week as
well as a house meeting every two weeks that housemates are expected to attend.
Housemates are also expected to complete weekly chores to ensure the house
remains in good order. In addition, housemates spend additional time together
socially while also balancing their other life priorities and have held
potlucks, gatherings, and workshops to educate and entertain themselves and to
build community.</span><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"></span><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">

</p><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"></span><p><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">The house itself is spacious, well-kept and well-suited
to <span class="">cooperative</span> living. Among a number of great features, there is a large
kitchen, a sizable back deck and a small food garden.</span></p><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">

$650 to $700/month and includes all utilities, food (vegetarian), and wifi.
Pets, smoking, or drugs are not allowed in the house.</span><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif"></span><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">
