If they just pull you over to be a dick, and AREN'T writing a ticket, you usually don't have to tell them anything at all. It's not until they have a "reason" to do so -- speeding/red lights/sidewalk/etc that they can get positive ID (name, or license, etc). But yea, an actual instance of the MA/Cambridge/Boston code would be good to know/confirm that all...</div>

I went to look for this and couldn't find it, except on Cambridge's<br>
