How are bicyclists not included in this project? Aren't there normal<br>

It looks to me like whomever is suing the city doesn't get the concept<br>
of bikes being legal vehicles which have the right to the road like<br>
all other vehicles. That's unfortunate.<br>

Of course, I see the pedestrian and wheelchair users complaint being<br>
valid, perhaps, if they are narrowing the sidewalk on a major urban<br>
street.<br>
