Count me as another in the "Louie is my homeboy" crowd. I love seeing him out on the streets, and I'm not alone - the Facebook group "<font size="2">I'm a Bostonian and I've seen the guy on the bike who makes the siren noise" has 7,409 members as of this posting. </font><br>
