why despite this persons physically challenged state he is not kindly encouraged
to not make a menace of himself on the sidewalks? Besides being a danger to
pedestrians who may not heed or even hear his steady warning, “move”,
he doesn’t leave the best impression towards bicyclists in general as
being considerate of others rights to use the sidewalk. I don’t think the
average person, or 99% of the population, knows this persons history or
rational for challenging and endangering their safety. I wouldn’t go so
far as to say that he shouldn’t enjoy going on a CM ride, but hopefully
he will “take it to the streets”. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
