April on behalf of a rider killed on Huntington Ave at Northeastern

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>The bike is gone.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I speculate that if it was stolen, the lock and
cable would still be there on the ground. The bike was barely
operable.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>That leaves me to speculate - Was it members of the
rider's family -or- Northeastern U. maintenance dept, -or- Boston Public
Works?</FONT></DIV>
