hold a hearing on Monday, November 22 at 5:30 p.m. to discuss re-instating the
“bike czar” position in Boston city government, which was eliminated in 2003.
MassBike strongly supports the reinstatement of the position and we hope that
you can attend to voice your support. The hearing will take place in the City
Council's Iannella Chamber, which is located on the 5th floor of City Hall.<SPAN

success, drawing more than 175 people and raising an unprecedented $14,500 for

style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>$5000 grant to fight for the Bicyclists’
Bill of Rights and Responsibilities. We’ve thanked our business sponsors in

details! We would also like to take the time to thank the individuals who served
on our host committee, including Diana Pisciotta, John Tener, Paul Schimek,

Foundation announces the creation of </SPAN><A

the Men’s Time Trial in Athens with a time of 57’ 11”. It was a dream come true.
But in September, Tyler Hamilton, an icon in the sport of cycling and a hero to
many, was accused of doping. His life was literally turned around in a matter of
minutes. His career is in jeopardy and his impeccable reputation tarnished. In
the short time that followed the accusation, Tyler won his Gold Medal for a
second time but there is still a long, hard battle in the fight to defend his
innocence to the UCI and WADA. This battle will take time, money and belief that
