[*BCM*] Red-light runners crackdown on Hampshire Street in Cambridge this afternoon?

I did see about 4 or 5 people pulled over on Hampshire just south east
of Windsor around 8.45am.
I thought it was an accident scene or an altercation.
Ticketing though... huh.
