Exactly, it's a personal choice, just as a helmet is.  No one should
be discriminated against, or harassed, for choosing to bike or
choosing to bike with, or without a helmet.

Respect diversity.

Work for streets that respect that diversity, and encourage and
support safe traveling.

Or just spend your time and energy on being annoyed at people who
don't wear band aids.
