*BIKES NOT BOMBS seeks ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER *
to work with the Development Team.
Responsibilities include:

• Processing donations;
• Assuring that all donors are properly thanked and documented;
• Coordinating and supervising volunteers;
• Assisting in outreach: media contact, flyers, info tabling, phone calls,
and email;
• Managing membership;
• Maintaining website;
• Assuring proper maintenance, upkeep, and function of office machinery and
IT systems;
• Assisting in coordinating development campaigns throughout the year;
• Upholding BNB policies that foster diversity and continuing to make BNB a
workplace that is welcoming to people from a wide variety of race and class
backgrounds

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated commitment to social and environmental justice;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Expertise with Microsoft Office on Macintosh;
• Strong track record demonstrating ability to meet deadlines;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Preferred Skills:
• Adobe Creative Suite and layout ability;
• Tech skills including network and database;
• Love of Bicycles!

Hours and Salary: Full-time, $14.00/ hr.
