[*BCM*] CNN video on the "bike bailout"

If you didn't know already, part of the bailout plan had a provision for bike commuters, and CNN has a video on their homepage where they discuss this.  What makes me laugh about this video is that the anchor is a complete idiot who talks like bike commuters are some odd subculture.
