=v= A fine list of rules.  The Chicago CM is having its final
ride tonight, and suddenly a bunch of rules are being talked
about (yeah, I know, it's weird).  These are being considered,
and perhaps Boston should consider them, too:

  - All citizens will be required to change their underwear
    every half-hour.
  - Underwear will be worn on the outside ... so we can check.
