=v= Heh heh.  I'm in NYC and the raindrops didn't start until
the very very end of my ride today.

=v= If there is one way in which scooters, or at least Vespas,
have an edge, it's the snazzy fenders integrated into the
frame.  That's be a great design for bikes.
