[*BCM*] Let's ride on Storrow Drive Sept 23

Let's build up the numbers of riders this Sunday.  There's a group asking
for an expensive registration fee, but there will be many riders (like me)
just RIDING!   This is highly visible to the city officials.  It will be
important to fill it out as much as possible.  Invite friends.  Just show up
and ride.
