Critical Mass,

In case it hasn't been posted here:

The city of Boston is looking to gather input on where people bike in
Boston. To that end, they've set up a google maps account where you can do
that, from which they download the data everyday to put into a GIS database.

The link and instructions for entering your route(s) are here:

Note that it's not easy to use, and it's definitely not secure, but it's all
they're going to do for the time being. Any feedback can be sent directly to
Amy McGuire and Nicole Freedman at the City of Boston, whose contact info is
listed on the page linked to above.

We don't yet know how this data will be used by the City of Boston, but
hopefully it's a step in the right direction.
