[*BCM*] Stolen Bike

Thousands upon thousands of bikes left abandoned or not abandoned is far
nicer than how the are is now full of oversized 4 wheeled vehicles
making our ride perilous.  More bikes and racks please.  Ever been to
Amsterdam?

Is that really such a bad idea?  In porter square I'd say a fifth or
more of the bike racks are taken up by obviously abandonned half-bikes
with no wheels.  It's about time someone cleaned them out.
