Hello all,

    My name is Adam Ducharme. I am a senior film student making a 
documentary about Critical Mass in the Boston area. I want the film to 
show how Critical Mass is an important form of activism because there 
are no set rules. This is not your average form of protest where 
everyone stands around in a designated area and preaches to each other 
what everyone already knows. 
    I am interested in showing how important it is for to people use 
alternative forms of transportation in a major city such as Boston 
because of the population density and the negative environmental 
impacts of cars. The main issues I will be hitting on is critical mass' 
role in trying to shed light on bikers rights and the impact of carbon 
emission on the environment.
THE REASON FOR THIS E-MAIL- is because i need your help in order to 
make this documentary. I am interested interviewing the people that 
actually participate in the movement. I want to know your story. How 
long have you been riding? Where and why do you ride? Why do you 
participate in CriticalMass? 
I live in the Boston area and I am willing to meet people where ever 
and whenever to get their story. So if this is something that interests 
you, please let me know. I only have a few months to shoot these 
interviews so I need to hear back from people as soon as they can. 
This is an important issue to me, and you all as well, I am sure. Just 
let me know what you think because, like CriticalMass, this project is 
as much yours as it is mine!
