hey guys, there is a service online (free for now) that allows you to 
stream online video, which is later archived. (check out 
http://www.justin.tv/) you can stream this over a 3G cellular network. 
currently, it looks like they have a bunch of people walking around with 
regular webcams connected to laptaps in their backpacks with EVDO 
connections streaming where ever they go.

if anyone has such a laptop, battery, and EVDO connection a webcam can 
be purchased much cheaper, and it can all be seen live by people who had 
to miss the ride.
