[*BCM*] Cyclists "shall be subject to the traffic laws andregulations of the Commonwealth"

Bike tickets in Cambridge are $20. I've gotten ticketed in Central Square
for the same thing. Generally, Cambridge police are more aggressive about
ticketing cyclists, it seems.
