[*BCM*] Bikes, politics, tangents, road behavior, public perception of bicyclists

Has anyone ever seen a front brake with two brake handles, one for the
right and one of the left?  Is this possible?  If so, can you point me in
the right direction?

Basiclaly, two handles, one brake.
