Primarily running red lights in central square (cambridge). Many of the
police departments don't consider bicycles/bicyclists to be traffic. In
somerville, it's damn near impossible to get a traffic ticket on a bicycle
but I've had somerville police tell me not to get out of the traffic lane
(and get into the lane with pedestrians) after fireworks and somerville
police refused to take an accident report from me because I was on
bicycle.

whenever you have a problem with the mbta, document it and send a formal
complaint (http://www.mbta.com/contact_us/index.asp). Sending a copy of
the complaint to massbike (massbike.org) doesn't hurt either. Many of the
bus drivers will run you off of the road either through negligence or
something more sinister.
