Hyde Park Fountain, middle of the city, 5:30pm.

Depending on who you listen to we either: cause utter chaos and traffic 
jams from 3pm un til 11pm every day of the year (rantback radio); or 
alternatively are barely visible in the traffic flow pattern (the Roads 
and Traffic Authority who actually monitor the traffic in Sydney).
