[*BCM*] Parades vs. travelling on a bike

I have ridden with CM, and I monitor the list so taht some day when it becomes the
peaceful fun thing it says it wants to be, and isn't aggroboys (and some girls) yelling
at people, yelling at cars, disobeying traffic laws and blasting boom boxes I'll be back.
