Hi BCNers,

Speaking of cohousing:

Sawyer Hill EcoVillage, made up of two cohousing neighborhoods in Berlin MA, has market-rate and Chapter 40B affordable homes available. Tours of our construction take place every Sunday; see www.sawyerhill.org on the events page for specific times and location.

The applications for affordable 1, 2 and 3 BR homes are now available at http://www.s-e-b.com/lottery/forsale.php (scroll down a bit to get to Sawyer Hill listing). The web page includes info on the information session about Sawyer Hill and the application process, date when applications are due, and the date of the lottery itself.

Note that some of the state guidelines on 40B have changed since last year, so check it out--maybe you didn't qualify before but would now.

Thanks,
Charlene DiCalogero
former cooper and future Sawyer Hill EcoVillage neighbor
