5 fun and responsible roommates ages 24-37 looking for 1
more to live in a three story Victorian house in Jamaica
Plain.

The bedroom is cozy and quiet on third floor with recently
refinished hardwood floors. Available April 15, May 1 or
anything in between.

The house is minutes from the arboretum, Jamaica Pond,
Harvest Co-op, the Green Street T-stop, and the 39 bus
stop. The backyard is large and beautiful, perfect for
BBQing!

We have a roof garden, blackberry bushes, a big ole compost
and a front porch that’s great for people watching, summer
time dining and leisurely weekend newspaper reading. The
common areas are spacious the living room is particularly
sunny.

Accompany 5 fun-lovin' motivated folks – we’ve got:
teachers, naturalists, gardeners musicians, activists,
artists, bike lovers – all with a love of good eatin' and a
general respect of people and their life style. We are
mostly vegan and more or less gluten free for shared food,
and we have a separate fridge for personal foods. We are
non-smoking, GLBTQ friendly and participate in a Community
Sustained Agriculture program that brings the house fresh,
local, organic produce. We apologize but our most senior
resident is a cat who protects the manor, so we cannot have
any more pets in the house.

Our ideal roommate will be interested in communal living,
excited about cooking healthy, mostly vegan more or less
gluten-free meals for the house, who wants to share in
general warmth and fun of this home. Email us with a bit

Rent is $519 a month and utilities range month by month
somewhere between $50 and $160 dollars. Whatah deal!
