HI everyone,
Thanks to Amatul for looking into our cohousing community. However, the info
she posted is not accurate. It seems like she was looking at a different
listing below the Sawyer Hill info, at 40B units in Natick that SEB has done
a lottery for in the past. The Sawyer Hill lottery is still pending, and no
prices have yet been posted, as you can see at
http://www.s-e-b.com/lottery/forsale.php.
So, let me clarify the info currently available for Sawyer Hill Ecovillage:
Sawyer Hill 40B home prices *have not been published, and cannot yet be
confirmed* and, the lottery is happening the spring. That means you have a
little time to contact SEB, get your name on the list to receive an
application (which will be distributed soon), and an opportunity to enter
the lottery.
Please, anyone, if you are interested or know someone who might be, contact
SEB directly as soon as possible; and don't assume that you won't qualify
until you've communicated with them directly and had a chance to look at the
application.
BTW, as I understand it, you do not even have to be a resident of MA to
qualify, but SEB has or will have all definite answers on our 40B units.
Thanks,
Charlene DiCalogero
