We are creative musicians and working professionals
ages 33 - 39. professional gardeners, a massage
therapists, student musicians.  M&F mixed house. 
Our lifestyle at home is semi-cooperative, meaning we
divide up weekly chores, share grocery shopping items
and costs. We loooove to share meals, so if you can COOK 
yummy food, that’s a big plus! 

Most important thing? the People that are living in a home.
We seek responsible housemates who care about the
earth, and we are open to progressive people with
spiritual & healthy lifestyles, what ever those may
be! (gay, str8, freegan, vegetarian, pescatarian,
vegan, hunter gatherer, modern primitive, yoga-grrl,
earth-boi etc..) What are you all about? 
 
We love MUSIC live and recorded, and we will have a
few parties through the spring and summer playing
music with good friends.  We are considerate of quiet
time here, and a lot of the time we’re happy getting
cozy with a movie or reading and thinking about the
world - or going hiking & camping or biking to a show.

This open room is on the third floor, 9.5’ x 13’ +
closet.  The ceiling is a bit low (caution to very
tall people)  If you love plants its very nice & green
here we have many huge plant beings & we like to
garden, just got a large community garden plot not far
away :) We Compost, Bike, Walk, reuse, renew, reduce,
etc. :D

$525. ALL is included: Heat, HotWater, Electricity and
WiFi  = No Bills! and you also get: 
Friendly neighbors, a fun shared living room, a backyard 
w compost bin and veggie bed garden, fire escape, a small 
back deck & front porch. All smoking is outside the home. 
Brand new marble floors & a marble wall shower were just 
installed in our shared Bathroom.
 
We enjoy life and music and art - throw Music parties,
have shared meals each week, with Veggie & very good
food, meat sometimes ok, we cook all sorts of styles.
Prescott street runs down toward Union Sq from
Highland Ave, the bus stops outside our door & several
run at the bottom of the hill to MIT, Harvard, Inman,
Davis Sq... we Bike & Walk everywhere, Parking is free
and street is open.

We have meetings and discuss life  from time to time.
Not into hiding out in our rooms watching TV... we
love movies though! Like to have PotLucks with
friends? Yes! (saves money, fun and friendly!)
 
In short, If you want some community and to be
friendly and easy going when you come home out of the
world after work or school, then thats what you will
find here!
