[BCN] Cohousing info session/site tour

Hi all,

I wanted to update you all as to the progress of our cohousing community/ecovillage in Berlin MA, off 495 and 290. As a former co-oper, cohousing appeals to me as a way to live more permanently in community than a rental, with folks who are mostly planning to live in the community a long time.

I'm excited to report that foundations have been poured for a number of our homes and our common house. It is possible this progress will continue through the end of December, which makes a summer or early fall 2008 move-in likely.

We have homes still available from 1 to 4BRs, and there will be 40B units (affordables) on sale by lottery in the coming months. If you'd like to consider living in an ecovillage, or are just curious, please come to one of our upcoming info sessions:
