We have a beautiful living situation for the right person. We live in an
intentional community that is at a unique moment in its formation.  We are
creating a place for living healthfully, for making music and other arts,
building community, growing in spiritual awareness, living with ecological
awareness and networking for world change.

Rent for a small sunny bedroom with a big closet is $325/month plus
utilities, and is available to move in on December 1st.  There is also
another small room for the same price available on January 1st.  There is
also the possibility for one person to rent both of the rooms.  We are
asking for first and last month's rent--it is a 6 month lease with
the option to renew.  There is no security or finder's fee required.

We are looking for someone who wants a hand in creating an arts and healing
center, to be around creative people who have a wealth of knowledge and
experience and are committed to promoting health in themselves and their
broader community.

There is a large Sun Room for small gatherings, yoga, meditation, and music.
There is a barn that can hold larger and louder community gatherings,
rehearsals, or performances. There is a yard with a fire pit, hammock,
garden, compost bins, and former sweat lodge which could be rebuilt. Also, a
rock climbing wall, two kitchens, cozy living room for movie watching and
hanging out, sunnier living room with dining table.

There is plenty of work to do to, and the right person will be someone who
is inspired to figure out their best practices for community functioning and
who is excited to improve the spaces and help this place realize its
potential."
