 Cob Fence-orama, update, invitation, and Una's incense class on this
Wednesday


This spring we decided to build a cob fence to help create a sanctuary space
on our land, while beautifying the neighborhood and learning and sharing
sustainable building techniques with our community.

This last weekend the experience was fantastic. So many close friends and
new friends joined us for building our footing and foundation. We met more
neighbors in a few days than we have in ten years. One of which is nine
years old, named Anthony, and is on his way to being a mason.

We feel it would be beautiful to open this up to everyone in the community
so we have decided to not charge for next weekend's workshop. The teachers,
Kate and Colleen have worked their butts off, so we are accepting donations
on their behalf.

If you or your friends would like to join us in making a space where we can
do our fire spinning, our rituals, our music, and would like to get in the
clay and learn this fun ancient technique, stop by and be with us. We'll be
cooking a wonderful organic dinner again for everyone who helps out. Last
week we did some drumming and massage during the workshop. Please come and
play music or work or be a part of it in anyway.

This is about a fence. It is about a sauna. It is about a passive solar home
with a green roof. It is about a temple. It is about the dream of more land
in western Mass with a learning center. It is about us all learning
ecologically sound building skills.

Come and spend an hour, a day or a weekend with us, anytime all day Saturday
and Sunday. If you are interested incoming and helping out during the week,
contact us.

Una is here and her incense making workshop is tomorrow night, and it is
going to be a great time. She is a really deep and wonderful person and she
will pass on the knowledge of how to make our own incense. 7:30pm...
