[BCN] putting together a new coop maybe?

Hi all!

So I just got to the area and have been looking for a Somerville/Cambridge
area coop-like place to live. Fortunately there are a lot of great people.
Unfortunately, there are not as many openings. So I am thinking about
putting together a new 4-8 person coop/coop-like house and trying to gauge
the interest. I'm thinking about an intentional community with a focus on
environmentally sustainable communal living and social justice activism.
Basically, it would mix vegetarian communal meals 2 or 3 times a week with
group responsibility for the house (ie chores, communally owned food, and
once or twice monthly meetings) and some sort of social justice work. I'd
love to involve some element of cross-religious activism. It would also have
to be queer friendly.

I'm sure I'm leaving things out and a lot of the above is "off the top of my
head" kind of stuff. If you're interested, let me know asap. If enough
people are, we can meet up some time in the next week and start a
conversation about what we're looking for, what we'd like to see happen, and
whether or not this might work.

Let me know your thoughts!
 Take care,
Abby
